At the northern shore, the lake floor rises close enough to the surface to see. Rocks, shadows, and submerged stone emerge through water so clear it barely seems like water at all.

A wooden viewing platform juts into the frame from the left, the only sign of human presence in an otherwise untouched shoreline.

Up close, Lago di Carezza is less mirror, more window.
