“Billion Dollar View” was captured on an autumn evening shortly before sunset, looking north from the Plose above Brixen into the Villnöss Valley. The title refers to an unobstructed panorama that has become internationally renowned — a view sought after for its rare sense of openness and calm.
From left to right, the image spans the Peitlerkofel, the dramatic peaks of the Geisler Group, and the distant ridges of the Sarntal Alps — an uninterrupted alpine panorama defined by scale, stillness, and permanence.
